Note to Applicants

All courses are subject to viable numbers.

• Submitting applications by the December before the year of entry will help ensure all choices are feasible.  However applications can be submitted and are still welcomed after this date.
• Entry into the Sixth Form is specific for the individual courses, please see the requirements table below.

Procedure for Internal Applicants

1. November 2019:
   Attend Sixth Form open evening, discuss options with subject teachers & mentor.
2. November/December 2019:
   Attend Year 11 guidance interview, submit application for the Sixth Form. Interviews to start week commencing 20th November.
3. March 2020:
   Receive offer.
4. August 2020:
   Confirm offer, confirm choices and register for Sixth Form.
5. September 2020:
   Commence Sixth Form courses.

Procedure for External Applicants

1. November 2019:
   Attend Sixth Form Open Evening, discuss options with subject staff.
2. November/December 2019:
   Submit application for the Sixth Form.
3. March 2020:
   Attend interview at The Beaconsfield School.
4. April 2020:
   Receive offer
5. August 2020:
   Confirm offer, confirm choices and register for Sixth Form.
6. September 2020:
   Commence Sixth Form courses.
